• Can I Order Vehicles that Aren't Shown on This Page? As our inventory gets updated every new model year, there are times when orders are accepted and other times when they are closed. If you can't find the vehicle you want, contact our team for help.
• How Do I Order a Vehicle? Submit your request by using the Start Your Custom Order button and include your vehicle preferences in the comments section. A team member from Musson Patout Buick GMC will contact you to confirm your vehicle preference, explore upcoming inventory, and help submit your order.
• How Long Will It Take to Get My Vehicle? Your delivery will depend on the vehicle you ordered, but usually, the process is quick and easy!
• Does It Cost Extra to Order a Vehicle? It doesn't cost you any extra to order online! We'll negotiate the final price with you before we place the order if you prefer.
• Am I Eligible for Extra Incentives on My Ordered Vehicle? You are! You can apply the qualifying incentives when placing your order or when your vehicle arrives at the dealership.
• How Do I Finance or Lease My Ordered Vehicle? Our finance team is happy to help you out! Reach out to us to explore your options and arrange financing for you.
• Once My Vehicle is Ordered, How Do I Track It? When your vehicle is assigned a VIN, you'll be able to start tracking your order.
