I called to schedule service for issues with my vehicle, in addition to a safety recall issue. At that time, I was able to schedule service promptly. I also offered to provide the GM recall number, but was told they would look up my VIN number to determine the recall issue instead. At the time of my scheduled service, two days later, I was told they were not able to complete the recall issue and I would need to return to have this completed, as they needed to "order the part". This could and should have been done the day I originally scheduled service. My invoice stated "Customer declined repair at this time". This is NOT true for this matter. On the day of service, the lady checking me in was very courteous and very efficient. Following diagnostics, various issues were found. The estimate for these particular repairs was grossly over priced, as I've since received estimates from two other reputable repair shops. I did decline these particular repairs, as they exceeded the current value of my vehicle. I am currently awaiting notice from the dealership regarding the part, in order to complete the important safety recall issue. I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience, thus far.

The sales team did an outstanding job. The vehicle was on order for several months, but Trey and David stayed on top of the process. Once the vehicle arrived they went beyond their jobs to ensure that everything was went well. Great job gentlemen.
