    I had a 9am appt scheduled on July 3, In which I stayed for. I arrived at 8:50 for an oil change. I was offered a tire rotation at $19.99 and I haven't had one in a year so I chose that as well. For both services, it took over 2-1/2 hours. I did not leave till a lil after 11:30. I did get a discount of $25 since I had to wait so long. I feel waiting for 2-1/2 hours and watching ppl leave before me who arrived there after me, was excessive.
