It seems that your focus is more on profit than on providing good customer service. I had a check engine light on my vehicle and needed it scanned to work together on a solution. However, you wanted to charge me $179 just for the ECM scan. While working on my vehicle, you did scan it to check for codes, but you wouldn’t share the issues with me. I decided to go elsewhere where they were willing to collaborate. I’m planning to purchase a new vehicle soon, and it won’t be from you because of my experiences with your service department. I've encountered several issues with your team. Additionally, the other place I visited didn’t charge me for scanning my ECM.
